Artificial Turf

Artificial Turf Installation in Las Vegas, NV

Turf gives you a green, usable lawn area without the water bill, the mowing, or the summer die-back that natural grass fights every year in Southern Nevada.

Turf that performs in a desert yard

The visible difference between a good turf installation and a poor one shows up within a year or two: seams that separate, low spots that hold water, edges that lift, and infill that migrates downhill. Nearly all of it traces back to base preparation.

A proper installation means excavating to depth, installing and compacting a permeable aggregate base, shaping it to drain, securing perimeters, seaming carefully in the direction of the grain, and brushing in the right infill for the application.

Product choice matters too. Pile height, face weight, blade shape and color blend all change how natural the lawn looks and how well it recovers from traffic. Pet areas, play areas and putting greens each call for a different specification.

Service Options

Turf applications we install

Product and infill are matched to how the area will actually be used.

Lawn replacement

Converting thirsty grass to a green area that stays consistent year-round with minimal water use.

Pet turf systems

Higher-drainage backing with antimicrobial infill options, designed for cleanability and odor control.

Play areas

Softer, denser products, with optional shock-absorbing pads under play equipment.

Putting greens

Short-pile putting surfaces with contoured base work, cups and fringe transitions.

Turf and paver combinations

Stepping pads, banding and inlays that break up large turf fields and create pattern.

Side yards and small spaces

Narrow or shaded areas where natural grass has never grown well.

Homeowner Benefits

Benefits for Las Vegas homeowners

Turf addresses several problems that Valley yards face at the same time.

  • Sharply reduced outdoor water use compared with a natural lawn
  • Green appearance through summer heat and winter dormancy alike
  • No mowing, fertilizing, aerating or overseeding
  • Usable pet and play surface even in narrow or shaded side yards
  • Clean edges and defined shapes that hold their form
  • Pairs well with pavers, decorative rock and desert planting

Southern Nevada Considerations

Heat, drainage and desert-specific turf considerations

Synthetic turf gets warm in direct Las Vegas sun — that is physics, not a product defect. Shade, lighter infill choices and rinsing the surface all reduce it, and pairing turf with a shade structure keeps the area comfortable during peak summer afternoons.

Reflected heat is worth planning for as well. Low-e window glass can concentrate reflected sunlight onto a small patch of turf and damage the fibers, so we look for that exposure during the site visit and recommend screening or layout adjustments where it is a risk.

  • Permeable compacted base shaped for monsoon drainage
  • UV-stabilized fibers rated for high-sun exposure
  • Infill selection tuned to pets, play or putting use
  • Secure perimeter attachment at pavers, walls and headers
  • Awareness of reflective glare from low-e windows and pool surfaces
  • Shade planning where the turf area is used in peak summer
